The Zeppelin Library Archive was created on January 31, 1996 for the purpose of introducing a home page that would actually provide information, free of charge, for any who needed it. It is my hope that this site will be useful for those doing reports, research or were just interested in airships. The space for the Zeppelin Library Archive is paid for by the author (me), and it is my sincere hope that it is enjoyed buy its visitors.
How can I get in contact with You?
At the moment, I am no longer taking e-mails on Zeppelins.
My job, my new house and quickly growing family has really bitten
into my zeppelin hobby. I'm sorry for the inconvience but I'm
sure you can appreciate how busy life can become. I do hope you
find my website helpful and instructive. I had a lot of fun building
it.
Updates and New Information:
I would love to include much more in the way of pictures and movies, but alas, I am held back by the cost of storage space from my internet provider. If there is some information or picture that you feel really should be included in the ZLA, please feel free to let me know about it and I'll see if I can squeeze it in.
Contact me?:
I try to add to the ZLA as often as I can but this isn't as frequent as I (and others) wish. Please, keep in mind that this site is one of many hobbies of mine. If there is specific data that is not included in the site that you desperately need, look in my book reference page.
Would-Be Zeppelin Builders:
I regret that I do not possess any working blue prints of zeppelins. If you are in the mind to tackle a scratch built Zeppelin, I suggest getting a copy of Douglas Robinson's book "Zeppelin In Combat" (review). It contains several good schematics of airships and is a good first step. As for large kits, I'll try to keep an eye out and list them on the Model Vault page.
